Already know what you are doing in the gym?  Do you just want a convenient, Downtown Louisville Fitness Center?  This is the option for you.  A no-frills membership, come on in during open hours to get a good workout.

Large Group Training

We have Adult Fitness and Strength, Yoga, Group Cycle, and Metabolic Conditioning, all led by a Fitness Professionals.  These workouts are scalable, to help you meet your goals, and to help you learn your way around the basic movements for each training session.  If you want to try something new, or want a great way to get some professional guidance towards meeting your goals, Sign up for a Large Group Training Session Today.  Also includes Basic Access.

Semi-Private Training (Groups of 2 to 4 people)

If you want the attention and assistance of a Fitness Professional, but like working out with a few friends we can help you meet your goals.  Meet either once per week, or 12 times per month.  This is designed for personalized attention to help a small group meet their goals.  Also includes Basic Access and Unlimited Group Training.

Private Training

1 on 1 with a Fitness Professional, either once per week, or 12 times per month.  This is designed for personalized attention to meet your specific goals.  Also includes Basic Access and Unlimited Group Training.

Program Design - Want us to design your Workout?

If you know your way around a gym, know how to lift some weights, but want some guidance to meet your goals, this is a great opportunity.  We will provide you with a 60 minute session with a trainer each month, to assess your health, basic movement patterns, and goals.  You will get a workout template for the next month, the opportunity to review any exercises to make sure you are comfortable with them, and a Basic Access Membership.
